something better

I have been asked the way to ○○ station by a person who spoke in English.

The person :「How do I get to ○○ station?」

I :「You turn right at the signal right there, go straight for a while, and then you can find it on your left.」

It takes about 10 minutes on foot. If the sentence is added, it’s easier to understand, I can think.

But it’s difficult for me to do something better immediately.

より良い何か

英語を話す人に道を尋ねられたことがあった。

その人 :「○○駅へはどうやって行ったらいいですか?」

私 :「すぐそこの信号を右に曲がってしばらく直進すると左側に見えます。」

徒歩で１０分くらい、という文を付け加えると、より分かりやすいとは思う。

けど、とっさにより良い何かをするって難しいよなぁ。
